To provide our core services, we utilize trusted third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Your data may be processed by:

• OpenAI: For transcription (Whisper) and content generation (GPT-4o). Data submitted to OpenAI is not used to train their models by default.
• AssemblyAI: For audio intelligence and filler word detection.
• Supabase: For secure database hosting, authentication, and file storage.
• Dodo Payments: For secure payment processing. We do not store your full credit card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With the service providers listed above to operate our business
• When you explicitly consent to sharing
• To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests
• To protect the rights, property, and safety of ContentKit AI, our users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:

• Account information: Retained while your account is active
• Uploaded Media & Generated Content: Stored for 30 days in your history, then automatically deleted or archived based on your plan
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for security and analytics
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest
• Secure access controls and authentication via Supabase Auth
• Regular security assessments of our infrastructure
• Employee training on data privacy
• However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal information
• Objecting to or restricting certain processing
• Data portability
