3.2 Subscriptions & Credits

• Subscriptions: Billed monthly in advance. Auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Credits: One-time purchases for processing minutes. Credits do not expire.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Dodo Payments). We do not store your full credit card information.

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content:

• Accuracy: AI may produce inaccurate or hallucinatory results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publication.
• Ownership: As between you and ContentKit AI, you own the rights to the content you input and the output generated for you, subject to these Terms.

• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our Service
• Share your account credentials with others

You retain all rights to your uploaded media. You grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentKit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
